Insights of Electrical Engineering and Technology (IEET) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published semi-annually online by Academic Horizon Publisher (AHP). It provides a platform for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to disseminate cutting-edge advancements and innovative solutions across all areas of electrical engineering and emerging technologies.

The journal especially encourages interdisciplinary work at the intersection of electrical engineering with AI, machine learning, and data science – including AI-driven system optimization, design automation, innovative circuit modeling, and neuromorphic computing hardware. Submissions addressing societal challenges through sustainable technologies, next-generation computing, and secure systems are also strongly encouraged.
IEET publishes original research articles and comprehensive reviews. The journal promotes transparency and reproducibility by encouraging detailed methodologies, experimental data, and theoretical analyses, with no strict length restrictions to allow thorough presentation of work.
