Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of green innovation (in products, operations, and administrative methods) on competitive advantage (flexibility, cost, delivery, and quality) at five-star hotels in Jordan. Using a descriptive and analytical approach, along with proportional stratified sampling, the study surveyed 475 senior and middle management workers across 21 five-star hotels. Out of 214 distributed questionnaires, 200 valid responses were analyzed using SPSS (V26.0). The study found high levels of green innovation and competitive advantage, with a statistically significant effect of green innovation on competitive advantage. Recommendations included designing recyclable services, ensuring safe and sustainable use, improving service quality with advanced methods, and continuously evaluating market suitability.
