Abstract

This study presents a solution to problems in the company Alpha's supply chain management by implementing an integrated information system that improves operational efficiency, reduces costs, and optimizes resource management. The solution, developed using Design Science Research (DSR) method, explored the opportunity to create value for the company and its customers in the steel sector, contributing to the business strategy through an innovative supply management model that proved to be more efficient. The impact was significant in terms of internal efficiency and customer satisfaction, consolidating the creation of value for both the company and its customers. The solution also had positive social impacts, including the improvement of business relationships, strengthening of customer loyalty, and professional development.
